About

A narrow speciality,

on purpose.

He takes founder-led businesses from £250,000 to seven figures and beyond. That's the whole job, and it's the only job he does.

Founder, Premier Entrepreneurs

Author,,The 7 Figure Expert System

Woodford Green, Essex

The short answer

Why owners bring him in

Because he can sit with a business turning over £340,000 and tell the owner, inside an hour, which of seven things is actually holding it down.

That sounds like a small claim until you've watched someone spend eleven months and a five-figure marketing budget solving the wrong problem. Owners at this stage are rarely short of effort or ideas. They're working on step four while their business is stuck at step two, and nobody has told them.

He tells them. Usually in the first hour, usually not what they were expecting, and always with the arithmetic behind it.

What he isn't is a generalist. He doesn't work with start-ups, he doesn't run anyone's marketing, and he turns down businesses every month that sit outside the range he's spent his career inside.

What he’s known for

Seeing it faster

than you can

Not because he's cleverer than the owner sitting opposite him. Because he isn't inside the business, and he's seen this exact presentation hundreds of times.

Clinics. Consultancies. Property. Professional services. Specialist practices. Wildly different industries, and the same three ceilings arriving in the same order every time.

Once you've seen a pattern enough times you stop guessing and start diagnosing. That's the whole of his advantage, and he's blunt about it — there's no secret here nobody else could learn. There's a sequence, several hundred repetitions of it, and a willingness to say the unwelcome thing early

You can't read the label from inside the bottle. Nobody sees their own business clearly — not you, and not him. That isn't a character flaw. It's a structural fact of being the person inside it.

It's also the reason every room he runs is built around outside eyes rather than more content. You don't need someone to tell you what a funnel is. You need someone to look at yours and say the obvious thing you've been too close to see.

The origin

The November that changed how he works

Dr Vish paragraph

For a long time, Dr Vish had what looked from the outside like a very good business. The work was good, and people said so. They told other people, and those people rang him. That was the entire marketing function: be good enough that somebody mentions you at a dinner party.

It worked. It worked well enough that he stopped questioning it.

Then came October. He was full — properly full, the diary solid, delivering everything himself. Two referrals arrived that month and he turned both away. Politely. Apologetically. With the quiet satisfaction of a man doing well enough to say no.

Then November came, and November gave him nothing.

Not a lean month. Nothing.

He'd turned away the only two opportunities he had, on the assumption more would follow, and he had no basis whatsoever for that assumption.

He hadn't built a business. He'd built a very sophisticated way of waiting for the phone to ring.

The part that took longer to admit was that it wasn't bad luck. It was structural. He had no idea where his next customer was coming from, because he'd never built anything that produced one. He couldn't forecast, so he couldn't hire. He couldn't hire, so he stayed in delivery.

He stayed in delivery, so he never had time to build the thing that would have produced the next customer.

Every problem was caused by the one before it. The whole chain started with an order-of-operations error he didn't know he was making.

Then he went and fixed it badly, several times. He bought ads before fixing the offer, which bought him expensive proof the offer was wrong. He hired delivery help before anything was documented, which gave him someone to supervise rather than someone who helped. He raised his prices by an amount so small nobody noticed, including his bank.

Each cost money and about six months. Each was a correct thing done in the wrong order.

What finally worked was unglamorous: he wrote the sequence down. What has to be true before the next thing can work. Seven steps, always the same order — and every deviation since, for himself or anyone else, has cost double.

That sequence became the Premier Growth System. It's the whole of what he teaches, and it exists because he got it wrong first, expensively, in public.

Check before this goes live

The October/November account comes from the origin beat in the webinar script and is still on the project's truth-pass list. Read it once and confirm every specific is exactly true. This is the page a sceptical buyer stress-tests hardest, and it only works if it's real.

Why the “Dr

It’s a method, not a nickname

People ask. The honest answer is that the training changed how he thinks about businesses — and that's the only part that matters to whoever's sitting opposite him.

ONE

Diagnose before treating

Nobody competent prescribes before examining. Yet most business advice arrives as a treatment — run ads, post more, hire someone — with no examination at all. With him the first hour is always diagnosis, and you may not enjoy the finding.

TWO

Pattern recognition

You get good at this by seeing the same presentation hundreds of times. The symptoms owners describe at £340,000 are remarkably consistent, and so are the causes — which usually sit two steps upstream of wherever it hurts.

THREE

Find the real constraint

One thing holds a business down at any given moment. Work on anything else and you get motion rather than progress. A good deal of what he adds is telling owners what to stop doing.

FOUR

Sequence, then measure

Order matters, and so does evidence. If it doesn't show in the numbers inside ninety days, the diagnosis was wrong and it changes. He has no attachment to having been right.

The longest proof there is

Nine years with
one business

Anyone can point at a good quarter. He'd rather be judged on a relationship that's run nine years and taken a business from a few hundred thousand to multiple seven figures.

Nine years is long enough to have been there for the bad decisions as well as the good ones. Long enough to have been wrong in front of someone and had to put it right. And long enough that neither party can pretend one clever tactic was responsible.

That's the work he's interested in. Not a launch, not a quarter — the long, unglamorous compounding that moves a business from one order of magnitude to the next.

Confirm before publishing

Name the business and the person, with written permission and figures they'll stand behind. The project flags Premier Property / Kam Dovedi as needing a permission and figures check. Unnamed, this is only a claim.

How he works

Five things he won’t do

Worth reading before you get in touch. Two of these will either reassure you or rule him out, and both outcomes save you time.

01

Hide the price

Every price is printed on the page it belongs to. £997 for the Summit, the same as the public listing. £25,000 for a keynote. £50,000 for a private day. You'll never sit through a call to find out what something costs.

02

Invent scarcity

If a countdown is running, the date is real. Thirty seats means thirty. When something is full, the page says full rather than manufacturing one last place for you.

03

Take the wrong client

Below £250,000 he'll tell you you're better off elsewhere, and point you somewhere useful. He turns people down every month. It isn't a positioning trick — it's how you end up with results worth publishing.

04

Sell extra access in a room

Everyone in a room pays the same and gets the same. Nobody buys more of his attention because they asked, and the day that stops being true the room stops being worth attending.

05

Promise you a number

Nobody can. What you get is the sequence, the room, and an honest answer about what's actually wrong — including when the answer is that you don't need him.

Where to find him

Three ways in, one sequence

Everything he runs is the same seven steps at a different depth. Start wherever you're comfortable — the first one costs nothing.
