Work with him

Two ways in.
Start with the
free one.

Ninety minutes of live training, or two days in a room in Essex. Both run through Premier Entrepreneurs, the firm he founded.

Clinics, professional services, consultancies, agencies, specialist practices.

Owner-run, already trading, already good at the work — and stuck at a number that won't move.

Before you click anything

This site is where he writes and where you get to know how he thinks. Every actual offer lives on the Premier Entrepreneurs site. So when a link below sends you to premierentrepreneurs.co.uk, nothing's gone wrong — that's the front desk. One home for the work, one home for the writing.

Start honest

Is this you, or isn't it?

He'd rather you worked this out in ninety seconds here than in a conversation neither of you needed to have.

You're in the right place if

  • You're turning over £250,000 a year or more.

  • You're the founder, and the business still runs through you.

  • You sell a service — expertise, time, judgement, a team doing skilled work.

  • You're profitable enough to keep the lights on and frustrated enough to want more.

  • Most of your work arrives by referral, and you've noticed that's a lovely problem right up until it's a ceiling.

  • You'll bring real numbers and hear a straight answer about them.

You're in the wrong place if

  • You're under £250,000. That's a genuine no, and there's a better door below.

  • You haven't started trading yet. Ideas aren't a business, and he works on businesses.

  • You want someone to run your marketing for you. He isn't an agency and won't become one.

  • You want a guaranteed number by a guaranteed date. Nobody honest can sell you that.

  • You want the answer without changing anything. The seven steps are work, not reading.

  • You want extra access to him inside a programme — nobody gets that, at any price.

Under £250,000 and reading anyway? Don't buy anything. Take the free training, take the free scorecard, read the articles. That's the honest sequence for where you are and it costs nothing. Come back when the number's there.

The three ways in

Cheapest first, because that's the honest order

Free, then £997, then application only. Most people start at the top of this list and that's exactly right.

Free · 90 minutes

The live training

Ninety minutes, live, no replay. He walks the seven steps and shows where a £250,000 business usually breaks. He names the offer in the first ten minutes so you can decide early whether to stay — no ambush at minute eighty-five.

Live only. Turn up or miss it. Nothing to buy.

Take the free training

£997 · 30 seats

The Two-Day Summit

Wed 23 – Thu 24 September, 9am–5pm, at Premier Entrepreneurs HQ in Woodford Green, Essex. Thirty owners in one room. You bring your actual numbers. You leave with a one-page rebuild plan in your own handwriting.

Guaranteed until lunch on day one. If it isn't for you by then, say so and you're refunded.

Which one

Which one should

you actually choose?

Almost always the free one first. It costs you ninety minutes and it tells you more about whether you want to work with him than any page can.

01

You've never seen him teach

The live training, without question. It's free, it's ninety minutes, there's no replay, and you'll know inside twenty minutes whether he's worth more of your time. Nobody should spend £997 before they've done this.

02

You already know the problem and want it fixed

The Two-Day Summit. Thirty owners, two days out of your business, your real numbers on the table. You leave with a one-page rebuild plan written rather than a notebook of quotes.

03

You're under £250,000

Neither, yet — and he'd rather say so. The work assumes you already have customers, revenue and something people pay for. Take the free scorecard, come back when you're trading above that, and you'll be welcome.

04

You want him inside your business

That's a different thing entirely, at a different price, and it's on its own page.

The method

The Premier Growth System, in one screen

Seven steps, and the order matters more than any single one of them. Most stalled businesses aren't missing a step — they're doing step four before step two.

01

Clarify

Who you're actually for, and who you'll stop taking on. Usually the hardest of the seven.

02

Package

Turn bespoke work into something with a name, a shape and a repeatable delivery.

03

Price

Price the outcome, not the hours. The fastest profit lever you own, and the one owners flinch at.

04

Attract

Referrals are rain. A funnel is irrigation. Rain is lovely, and you can't farm on it.

05

Convert

Lose fewer of the enquiries you already have before you go hunting for more.

06

Deliver & Retain

Deliver it the same way twice. Keep the clients you fought to win.

07

Scale

Build the thing that runs when you're not in the room. Then step out of the room.

The order

Sequence, then measure

Diagnose before you treat. Find the real constraint, fix that one, measure, move on.

See the full system

Three ceilings stop a business at £250,000: identity, offer, systems. Almost every owner tries to fix the third one first.

Not ready yet

Take the free scorecard instead

The £1M Gap Scorecard is a short, honest self-assessment against the seven steps. It tells you which of the three ceilings you're actually sitting under, which is rarely the one you'd have guessed.

No call attached. Nobody rings you. There's no sales team here waiting for your number, because there's no sales team. You get your result, you get the resource library, and you decide what to do with both in your own time.

Questions

The ones he gets asked most

Why is everything on a different website?

Because one page should have one home. This site is where he writes and where you work out whether you trust him. Premier Entrepreneurs is where the offers and the applications live. Duplicating sales pages across two domains splits the search rankings and confuses people about which page is the real one. Every link on this page goes to premierentrepreneurs.co.uk on purpose.

Do you guarantee results?

No. He guarantees the summit until lunch on day one — that's a guarantee about the event, not about your turnover. Nobody can guarantee what your business does, because he doesn't control your market, your team, your pricing decisions or whether you do the work. Any figure attributed to a client is that client's individual outcome, not a forecast for you.

What if I'm under £250,000?

Then the answer is the free training, the free scorecard and the articles — not the paid rooms. The £250,000 floor isn't snobbery, it's arithmetic. Below it the constraint is almost always the offer and the pricing, and those get fixed with the free material. Above it it's usually systems and identity, and those need the room. Save your money and come back.

Can I just have a chat with him first?

The ninety-minute free training is the chat. It's live, he's in it, and you can ask questions. He doesn't run discovery calls, because a discovery call is a sales call wearing a jumper and you'd both know it. Watch how he thinks, then decide. Got a genuine question that isn't about buying something? The contact page reaches a real person and you'll get a reply within one working day.
